Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease three 8-inch round cake pans.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Cream softened butter and sugar until fluffy; add eggs one by one followed by vanilla and melted white chocolate.
- Gradually mix in dry ingredients alternately with milk until just combined.
- Divide batter among pans and bake for 25–30 minutes. Cool completely on wire racks.
- Prepare the raspberry filling by cooking raspberries with sugar and lemon juice; thicken with cornstarch slurry and cool.
- Make frosting by beating butter with powdered sugar, then incorporating melted white chocolate and milk.
