- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
- 10 oz large vegan marshmallows (approximately 35 marshmallows)

Instructions
- Prepare the popcorn using your preferred method until you have 12 cups of popped popcorn.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in brown sugar and light corn syrup, simmering for about five minutes while stirring consistently.
