  • 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • 10 oz large vegan marshmallows (approximately 35 marshmallows)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare the popcorn using your preferred method until you have 12 cups of popped popcorn.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in brown sugar and light corn syrup, simmering for about five minutes while stirring consistently.
  3. Add the vegan marshmallows to the caramel mixture and stir until completely melted.
