  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup grapeseed oil (or other neutral oil, for frying)

  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, minced

Instructions

  1. Drain and mash the chickpeas in a bowl until coarse.

  3. Heat grapeseed oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Shape the mixture into patties and fry for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. For the yogurt sauce, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced dill, garlic, and sea salt in a bowl; chill before serving.
