- 4–6 tortillas
- 1/2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 Tbsp minced ginger
- 1 tsp sriracha sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup roasted, salted peanuts
Instructions
- Prepare the Peanut Sauce: Whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, brown sugar or honey, rice apple vinegar, minced garlic, minced ginger, and sriracha in a bowl until smooth. Adjust with water if needed.
