- 1/2 pound ground beef

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions
- Combine breadcrumbs and milk in a bowl; let sit for 5 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix ground beef, grated onion, egg, allspice, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Fold in the breadcrumb mixture gently.
- Form small meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter) using your hands.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and brown the meatballs on all sides (about 10 minutes). Remove and set aside.
