  • ½ cup salted butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, room temperature
  • ⅓ cup powdered sugar
  • ⅓ cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 36 vanilla sandwich cookies
  • ¼ cup strawberry syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, egg, melted butter, and heavy cream until smooth. Fold in white chocolate chips.
  3. Spread the brownie batter evenly in the prepared pan and bake for 18-23 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Allow brownies to cool completely at room temperature.
  5. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add sour cream and vanilla; mix well.
  6. Gently fold in whipped topping and spread over cooled brownies.
  7. Crush vanilla sandwich cookies and mix with strawberry syrup; sprinkle over frosting.
