  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 slices cooked turkey bacon
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 2 slices pepper jack or cheddar cheese
  • 2 brioche buns, toasted
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp adobo sauce (from canned chipotles in adobo)
  • ½ tsp lime juice

Instructions

  1. Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness and season with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat; grill chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Add cheese during the last minute of grilling.
