Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla.
  4. Combine sour cream and milk in a separate bowl.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the butter mixture alternately with wet ingredients; mix until just combined.
  6. Fold in toasted pecans.
  7. Pour batter into greased pans and bake for about 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
