- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 6 ounces milk chocolate chips

Instructions
- Butter a 9×13-inch baking dish to prevent sticking.
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat, then add vegan marshmallows. Stir until melted and smooth; remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract.
- In another saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, butter, and unwrapped caramels. Melt over medium heat while stirring until smooth. Pour over the Rice Krispie mixture.
- Heat heavy cream until bubbling and pour it over chocolate chips in a bowl; stir until smooth for the drizzle.
- Drizzle chocolate over the caramel layer and sprinkle with sea salt. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
