- 200 g butter
- 15 g dark brown sugar
- 100 g full-fat cream cheese
- 345 g powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
- In one bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and pumpkin spice.
- In another bowl, whisk dark brown sugar, pumpkin purée, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Spoon batter into cupcake liners about two-thirds full and bake for 23 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow cupcakes to cool completely on a wire rack before frosting.
