- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup jelly or jam (grape, strawberry, or your favorite flavor)
