  • 4 medium/large potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Au Jus Gravy Mix
  • 1 tablespoon Ranch seasoning (half packet)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Pepperonchinis or banana peppers
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Wash and cube the potatoes. Toss them with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Air fry seasoned potato cubes at 400°F for about 20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  3. Cut chicken into cubes and season with olive oil and the seasoning mixes.
  4. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter and cook the seasoned chicken until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
  5. Combine cooked potatoes with chicken in the skillet and stir well.
  6. Top with mozzarella cheese and pepperonchinis.
