  • 1 packet Caesar salad dressing mix
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
  3. Arrange chicken breasts in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.
  4. In a medium bowl, whisk together Caesar dressing mix, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt until smooth.
  5. Pour the sauce evenly over the chicken breasts.
  6. In another bowl, mix Panko breadcrumbs with olive oil until lightly coated.
  7. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the dressed chicken.
