  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup cold unsalted butter, cubed

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to create the crust.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add granulated sugar and vanilla. Mix in eggs one at a time then fold in sour cream.
  3. Spread the cheesecake mixture over the crust. Toss diced apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch, water, and lemon juice; layer over cheesecake.
