- 8 chicken thighs
- ½ head cabbage, chopped
- 4 potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- ½ cup chicken stock
- 1 ½ teaspoons thyme
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix dry rub ingredients in a bowl. Coat chicken pieces evenly and set aside.
- In an oven-safe pan, sear the chicken thighs until browned on both sides. Remove and set aside.
