- ⅔ cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons molasses

- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 cup strong coffee
- ¼ cup milk
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon gingerbread syrup (for topping)
- 1 gingerbread man cookie (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the Gingerbread Syrup by combining water, sugar, molasses, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil while stirring until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and cool.
- Whip heavy cream (or coconut cream) with 1 tablespoon of gingerbread syrup until soft peaks form.
- Heat milk in a saucepan until simmering. Froth using a French press or electric frother.
