  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (for cookie dough)
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (for topping)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cashew butter, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until smooth.
  2. Line a cutting board with parchment paper. Spread the cookie dough mixture evenly into a layer about 1/2-inch thick.
  3. In a small bowl, melt the topping chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth.
