Ingredients

Scale
  • lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • lbs baby potatoes, halved or quartered
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil (divided)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 56 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Potatoes: Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add halved baby potatoes seasoned with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until golden brown and fork-tender for about 15 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  2. Sear the Steak: Season bite-sized steak cubes with salt, pepper, and dried Italian herbs. In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil and 2 tablespoons of butter. Sear steak in batches for 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
  3. Add Garlic: Reduce heat to medium-low and add remaining butter along with minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant for about a minute, then return potatoes to the pan and toss everything together gently.
  4. Serve: Heat through for another minute or two on low heat before garnishing with fresh parsley and serving hot.
