  • 6 cups powdered sugar, sifted (for frosting)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (for frosting)
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract (for frosting)
  • 46 tablespoons whole milk (for frosting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the cake flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the butter and vegetable oil until fluffy.
  4. Add milk, vinegar, sour cream, vanilla extract, and eggs to the butter mixture; mix well.
