  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 green onion, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon chili oil (optional, for extra heat)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Coat chicken with the spice mix and let rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Allow it to rest before slicing.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and stir until slightly thickened; set aside.
  4. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  5. In another pot, heat sesame oil and sauté minced garlic until aromatic. Add chicken broth, soy sauce, and heavy cream; simmer for 5-7 minutes.
