Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: In a bowl, mix chili powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. Coat chicken with the mixture and let sit for 15 minutes.
  2. Sear the Chicken: Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown. Let rest before slicing.
