  • 30 taco shells
  • 2 pounds ground turkey
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 medium sweet onion (chopped)
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 pound Tillamook Mexican 4-Cheese
  • 1 16 oz. pkg. shredded lettuce
  • 6 chopped Roma tomatoes
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup corn salsa
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1 can sliced olives
  • 1 sliced red onion
  • 1 jar LaVictoria Salsa
  • 1 jar Cholula Salsa
  • Cilantro for garnish
  • Your favorite chips
  • A fresh habanero pepper (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your base on a large serving board with shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes.
  2. Fill small bowls with salsa, guacamole, sour cream, and sliced olives, arranging them around the base.
  3. In a pan over medium heat, sauté chopped onions in olive oil until tender. Add ground turkey and taco seasoning; cook until browned.
  4. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Fill taco shells with the cooked turkey mixture and top with cheese. Bake for 5 minutes until hot.
  5. Assemble your taco board by placing baked tacos around the edges and filling in gaps with chips.
  6. Garnish with cilantro and serve!
