- 30 taco shells
- 2 pounds ground turkey
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 medium sweet onion (chopped)
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 pound Tillamook Mexican 4-Cheese
- 1 16 oz. pkg. shredded lettuce
- 6 chopped Roma tomatoes
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup corn salsa
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup guacamole
- 1 can sliced olives
- 1 sliced red onion
- 1 jar LaVictoria Salsa
- 1 jar Cholula Salsa
- Cilantro for garnish
- Your favorite chips
- A fresh habanero pepper (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare your base on a large serving board with shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes.
- Fill small bowls with salsa, guacamole, sour cream, and sliced olives, arranging them around the base.
- In a pan over medium heat, sauté chopped onions in olive oil until tender. Add ground turkey and taco seasoning; cook until browned.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Fill taco shells with the cooked turkey mixture and top with cheese. Bake for 5 minutes until hot.
- Assemble your taco board by placing baked tacos around the edges and filling in gaps with chips.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve!
