  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil (plus more for drizzling)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon flaky sea salt

Instructions

  2. Mix flour, salt, and olive oil into the yeast mixture until a sticky dough forms. Cover and let rise in a warm spot for 45–60 minutes until doubled in size.
  3. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin with olive oil.
  4. Fill muffin cups about ¾ full with the risen dough.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle tops with rosemary, minced garlic, and flaky sea salt.
  6. Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown and crisp around the edges.
