  • 1/2 cup Dutch process cocoa or unsweetened cocoa
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded zucchini
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
