Instructions

  2. In the same skillet, add butter and sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds. Add orzo; toast for 1–2 minutes.
  3. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and chicken broth; simmer for about 10 minutes until orzo is tender.
  4. Incorporate heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until smooth; add spinach until wilted.
  5. Return chicken to skillet; simmer for a few more minutes to heat through.
