  • 8 ounces Brie cheese, sliced
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 4 ounces turkey strips, diced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh thyme sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Cook the diced turkey strips in a skillet over medium heat until crispy; drain on paper towels.
  4. Spread the cranberry sauce evenly over the pastry while leaving a one-inch border.
  5. Layer sliced Brie over the cranberry sauce and add crispy turkey strips along with fresh thyme; season with salt and pepper.
  6. Fold the edges of the pastry slightly over the filling to create a rustic border.
  7. Brush the edges with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and flaky.
