- 1½ – 2 lbs ribeye, sirloin, or flank steak
- Salt & pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Slider buns or mini brioche rolls
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- Optional toppings: cheese slices, sautéed onions, arugula, pickles
Instructions
- Prepare Cowboy Butter: In a bowl, blend melted butter with garlic, parsley, mustard, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
