  • ½ cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 23 tablespoons milk
  • ½ cup crushed chocolate cookies
  • Extra mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast; let sit until foamy (about 5 minutes).
  2. Mix in sugar, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract; then add flour and salt gradually.
  3. Knead until soft and slightly sticky; add blue food coloring to desired shade.
  4. Let the dough rise in a greased bowl for 1 to 1½ hours until doubled in size.
  5. Prepare the filling by mixing softened butter with brown sugar and cinnamon; stir in crushed cookies and chocolate chips.
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread the filling evenly, roll it up tightly, and cut into pieces.
  7. Place rolls in a greased baking dish; let rise for 30–45 minutes while preheating oven to 350°F (175°C).
  8. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
  9. For icing: Beat cream cheese and butter together; add powdered sugar and milk until smooth.
