- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar + 2 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease your Bundt pan well.
- In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Gradually add dry ingredients and sour cream to the butter mixture, alternating until combined.
- Spoon half of the batter into the prepared pan. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture over it. Add remaining batter followed by the rest of the cinnamon-sugar. Swirl gently with a knife.
