  • 500g cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 280g roasted peppers (finely chopped)
  • 180g turkey slices (finely chopped)
  • 3/4 cup green olives (finely chopped)
  • Fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare a loaf pan by spraying it with oil and lining it with cling wrap.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, herbs, garlic powder, turkey slices, roasted peppers, olives, and cheddar until well combined.
  3. Scoop the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and press down gently to remove air pockets.
  4. Cover with cling wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or up to a week.
