- 1 small onion (diced)
- ½ cup bell pepper (diced)

- 1 packet chili seasoning mix
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 2 cups macaroni (uncooked)
- 1½ cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until no longer pink.
- Add diced onion, bell pepper, and garlic; sauté until softened (about 5 minutes).
- Stir in chili seasoning, tomato paste, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, and kidney beans. Simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
