- 4 cups baby potatoes, halved or quartered
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2. Wash and cut the baby potatoes into halves or quarters.
- 3. Slice the smoked turkey sausage into 1/4-inch rounds.
- 4. In a bowl, mix ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- 5. Toss the potatoes in olive oil and half of the seasoning mix until coated.
- 6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the potatoes evenly.
- 7. Scatter the sliced turkey sausage over the potatoes.
- 8. Roast for about 35-40 minutes, stirring halfway through.
