- 1 lb thinly sliced beef steak (ribeye or sirloin)
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
