  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb thinly sliced beef steak (ribeye or sirloin)
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
