- 1 tsp ground cinnamon

- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 3 oz cooking oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 1/4 cups chocolate chips (divided)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg.
- In a separate bowl, mix cooking oil, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin puree until well combined.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined; be careful not to overmix.
- Prepare an 8" x 4" loaf pan with oil spray and pour in the batter. Top with extra chocolate chips.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center. Allow to cool before slicing.
