  • 1 1/4 cup regular milk, oat milk, or almond milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour (regular or gluten-free)
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp regular milk, oat milk, or almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, milk, sugar, and vanilla until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Add blueberries last.
  5. Fill a greased donut pan three-quarters full with batter and bake for about 25 minutes until golden.
  6. For the glaze, mix powdered sugar with milk and vanilla; dip cooled donuts in glaze.
