  • 4 strips turkey bacon (or chicken sausage)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Gruyere cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups milk
  • ¼ cup butter
  • ¼ cup flour
  • Spices: mustard powder, dried thyme, garlic powder, hot sauce
  • 2 large yellow onions
  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
